Everyone has their own unique story when it comes to preparing for parental leave and transitioning back to work, and the daunting challenges this can often present.

I have designed and deliver an effective 'Parental Leave Transition Program', which includes 1:1 'pre and post' coaching sessions to support your people manage a successful transition back to work after taking some time out to care for children.
The program can be tailored to the needs of the individual and your organisation, and can be delivered both online and face to face, depending on location. I also offer consulting services to your organisation to help you implement effective practices to support your employees during this transition.

My career development workshops can be tailored to your organisational and employee needs, to support your people to thrive at work.
I run a number of career workshops for community organisations, shopping centres and libraries, and often deliver these in the areas of supporting individuals returning to the workforce after career breaks, improving career management skills, and boosting employability.
At the Helm Career Services acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we live, learn and work, and recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and culture. We pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.
