Ahhh, the dreaded job interview. This is often how a lot of people feel about the prospect of the process of a job interview. I get it, I've been there, and I know the process can completely push us out of our comfort zone. I have also been the recruiter though, and what you need to remember is that the interviewer on the other side of the table really wants you to do well, they just need to assess if you have the required competencies to successfully fulfill the duties of the role and will be a good fit for the company.
Whilst we can never know exactly what questions and vibe to expect in a job interview, there are ways to effectively prepare that will give you the best chance for a successful interview. The other thing that's really important to remember about a job interview is that it's not a one way street. Whilst you are being assessed for a role, it's very important that you are also assessing if the role and company would be the right fit for you.
