PREPARING FOR & RETURNING TO WORK FROM PARENTAL LEAVE
Do you want to better support your employees through this important work and life transition?
Providing support to employees who are preparing for, and returning to work from parental leave, can have such important positive implications on this overwhelming work and life transition for not only individuals, but also for your organisation.
Everyone has their own unique story when it comes to preparing for parental leave and transitioning back to work, and the daunting challenges this can often present.
As an employer, you have an exciting opportunity to help your people thrive in life and at work by supporting them through this transition. This results in engaged employees who are better equipped with strategies to set them up for success, who appreciate an employer that promotes a family friendly culture.
I have designed and deliver an effective 'Returning to Work after Parental Leave Transition Program', which includes 1:1 'pre and post' coaching sessions to support your people manage a successful transition back to work after taking some time out to care for children.
The program can be tailored to the needs of the individual and your organisation, and can be delivered both online and face to face, depending on location. I also offer consulting services to your organisation to help you implement effective practices to support your employees during this transition.
I love to help others learn and grow. As an organisation, you play a critical role in the development of your people, and the positive benefits of investing in your people's growth is immense. My career development workshops can be tailored to your organisational and employee needs, to support your people to thrive at work.
I run a number of career workshops for community organisations and libraries, and often deliver these in the areas of supporting women returning to the workforce after career breaks, improving career management skills, and boosting employability.
